WE GENERALLY AVOID PEOPLE OR EVEN DO CATEGORIES THEM TO ENEMY LIST IF SOMEONE STARTS IGNORING US OR PAY LESS ATTENTION ON US. WHY DO WE DO THAT? HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT.  BECAUSE WE WANT PEOPLE TO LOVE US, TAKE CARE OF US. BUT WHAT IF WE START IGNORING OURSELF, WE WOULD LOVE OURSELF LESS, BE DEPRESSED AND ALWAYS BLAME OURSELF FOR ALL THE WRONG HAPPENINGS IN OUR LIFE, THIS IS BECAUSE OF US ONLY AND ULTIMATELY WE WILL BECOME OUR OWN ENEMY.
DON’T EXPECT OTHERS TO COME UP IN YOUR LIFE AND MAKE YOU FEEL HAPPY. HAPPINESS IS WITHIN YOURSELF. EXPECTATION ALWAYS LEADS TO DISAPPOINTMENT. YOU CAN SPREAD HAPPINESS ONLY WHEN YOU ARE HAPPY IN YOURSELF. HERE ARE THE WAYS HOW YOU CAN DO THAT. 




SKINCARE

       Due to stressful lifestyle, hectic life, inadequate sleep, lack of nutritional diet, pollution, harmful sun rays your skin becomes dull, minimize or stop using the products which contain chemicals or if possible find natural or ayurvedic products alternative to them. Add fruits to your diet that contains vitamin C like oranges, papaya, guava, sweet potatoes and vitamin E like almonds, avocado. 
  



STAY PHYSICALLY FIT




         

“Health is wealth” we have all heard of this so take care of our health. In this busy world, hectic life, wrong food habits, and lifestyle have always been a reason for not being so healthy. If our health is not good our life will be hampered from not being able to focus well in all the works we do either its studies or at the workplace.
So, for being healthy firstly we have to change your daily routines and make them a healthy routine so that it works in our favor and not against our health.

SLEEP EARLY AND WAKE UP EARLY IN THE MORNING
A night of quality sleep is very important for a healthy life which is achieved when we sleep early and wake up early. Waking late means skipping the breakfast which would adversely affect your health, weakens the immune system which would lead to more prone to diseases. So, wake up early and have a healthy breakfast in the morning. Early risers are more proactive, mentally healthy too.

AVOID JUNK FOODS
Have your meals on time and avoid the junk food which contains mainly salt, sugar and fat.
Eliminating them from your diet seems quite difficult but trust me doing that will help you a lot to avoid bad cholesterol, type 2 diabetes,  heart strokes and heart diseases and nutritional deficiencies.

AVOID HYDROGENATED OILS-
This is one of the most dangerous products in the market today, as in all our homes we use mostly hydrogenated oils only. Hydrogenated oils are made by forcing hydrogen gas into oil at high pressure which converts healthy fats into trans fats. Trans fat should be avoided and healthy fat should be added to our diet which is found in(olive oil, nuts and avocados).

EAT HEALTHY-
Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, add fiber to your meal, eat active and be a healthy weight.

AVOID BAD HABITS-
Quite the habit of smoking and drinking.

Yoga and exercise help promote a balanced development of physical, mental and spiritual health.30 minutes of work out may lead a healthy life to you.
It helps you to improve your mood and decrease the feeling of depression, anxiety and stress. It is crucial in supporting a fast metabolism and burning more calories per day. It also helps you maintain your muscle mass and weight loss. Reduce the risk of chronic diseases which is very common in today's world.
10-15 minutes of an early morning walk or if not possible evening walk should be added to your daily schedule is the most important and effective thing we can do to improve our health.

TANNING
Your sunscreen lotion isn't doing much to save you from the damage? Don't worry gram some yogurt and apply it on the affected area and rinse it with water after some time.

DULL SKIN
Vitamin C is a great antioxidant, you can apply rose water, lemon juice and glycerin.

DARK SPOTS
Apply egg and curd leave the mixture and then wash it off.

BRITTLE NAILS
Nails need moisturizing too like your skin, soak your nails in olive oil for 5 minutes every day it will make your nails stronger.

Travelling at least ones in a year plan a trip and go for it. this world is so wonderful don't miss a chance to see and feel the beauty of the place.
